Cars, and my empty wallet

So here I am at home on a Sunday, about to leave to go help at Shoreline. I just got back from Kwik Kar for an oil change and to get a little more freon for the AC. That thing blows nothing but hot air. It could be 47 outside and my AC is blowing 96. Yuck, that means sweat come summer time. What I found out is that my little freon tank holds 28 ounces of refridgerant. It had 3. So now they think there's a leak, blah blah blah, charge William too much money, blah blah blah. All in all it cost me 200 buckos, and I gotta go back in a couple of days cause they put this dye stuff in there so they can try to trace a potential leak. What a beating. But I love the Saab, highly recommend you get one. Not you Carlie, there's way too many horsies under the hood for a wild girl such as yourself. Maybe stick with a Jeep Wrangler. Very cool. That's all for now, Ciao.

Summer School

Welcome back to the blog. So summer school. Raise your hand if you're going to be there with me...Good, so I'm not totally alone. Now I would like to quell the rumor that people only take summer school to retake a class they failed. Not so. Indeed I'm taking it so that I can graduate sooner and be done with it all. To that end, I'll be taking part in...drumroll, please...21 hours this summer. You heard it hear first, folks. I am actually setting some kind of record I think. 21 hours. That's 5 classes at and 2 classes at . Yikes. What does that mean for me? Well starting August 1st I should be working full time at Donor Direct and in the fall I'll only have to take 5 hours to graduate in December. And since I'm getting married on September 3rd, that's a good thing. But I'm not excited about it, needless to say. That's all for now. Peace out.

Homework

So basically homework isn't any fun. I'm up til 1am...working on homework...on a Friday night. Dork--maybe. Would rather be in bed--definitely. Oh well, I'm done with class 2 weeks from Monday, then it's just exams. I only have 4...only. For anyone who reads this and isn't aware, I think money is the biggest obstacle that God puts between us and knowing Him. It is probably the single biggest source of pride, the easiest thing to misuse, something which makes you feel totally independent when you have it, and totally worthless when you don't. Contrariwise, it can also bring us to our most (as we see it, not Him) humble state and cause us to seek him out the most faithfully. As with any difficult situation, I suppose, it's not the circumstance that defines us, but the One we turn to for comfort, help and guidance. Well I just realized that I titled this post "homework", and then spent very little space writing about that subject. But what are ya gonna do?

Prodigal Blogger

Well well well, it's been almost 2 months since I last checked in, but
since David said he was
going to put a link to my blog on his page, I suppose I should write.
I'm at work right now, which is going well, though it's boring today.
I have stuff to do, but it's not working, so it becomes boring trying
to debug it. I'm bored just writing about it. The wedding plans are
going very well, we have our church, reception and rehearsal dinner
locations nailed down. Katie has a dress and knows what she wants to
do for bridesmaids, so "I guess you could say things are getting
pretty serious". As for me, I get to just sit back and enjoy the ride
(just kidding Katie). School is about to get a lot more stressful. Got
a lot coming up shortly, but I'm finished on the 29th, so no
complaints there. Guess it's just time to hit it hard to finish
strong. Hope all is well wit my peeps. With HIM, ~William

Goin to the chapel...

Well kiddies, I'm engaged. Check out the fiance's blog! It happened on Saturday February 12, and it was amazing. Anyways, I've got to study and get to bed. But needless to say I'm excited! Later Skater.

Cold and Rainy

Well after 2 days of extremely nice weather (sunny, 70s) it's now back down to 40 and rainy. Which just ain't cool. But it's okay. We have shepherding retreat this weekend which should be very fun, I've never been on one, and I'm rooming with someone that I live with already, so that shouldn't be that big of a deal. This week was extremely stressful though, too much school work and too much work work. I know that sounds like whiny baby, but I literally am doing more than a working person. I know I'm either working or schooling for more than 40 hours a week, but the education is good and work is good, so I really am enjoying them both at the same time as well. Things are still going good with you know who, so can't complain there either. Well it's late, and I'm tired. Peace out. ~W

What's Happening?

So recently I've been connecting with a certain someone. Reconnecting, rather. It has been incredible. I'd like to know where it's going. No, I feel like I know where it's going, I'd like to know when it's going there. One friend of mine is pushing for right now (I know this is vague to some, to others, it's crystal). I'm not pushing for right now. Course, I'm not entirely sure what I am pushing for, but that's cool. It's all part of the adventure. That's it for now, I suppose. Shout out to my peep in St And. ~W

First Things First

Well, this is the first of probably very few blogs. I was convinced to try this by Katie. I don't really think that I'll write here very often, but I had to create a blog in order to comment on her blog. So here you go. Hope you enjoyed this. ~W
